Man I just can’t get enough of this album “Punk Goes Classic Rock.” Their are many other versions of the “Punk Goes..,” series. Bands such as “The Almost,” “The Maine,” We the Kings” and others do their only twist on cover songs from the classic rock genre. I highly recommend giving the album a listen. You can check out the Myspace page to get some more info about the album. Right now I want to give you a sample track from the album just to give you a taste. have fun rocking out to this cover song by the band “The Almost” doing their cover of “Free Fallin.”

Album Cover
I’m not sure how large your music collection is but I have a rather large collect for myself. I tend to set my music player on shuffle because I usually run into songs I didn’t even know I had. Anyway, I ran into a song by “30 Seconds to Mars” titled “Kings and Queens.” Great tune off there newest album “This is War.” I suggest checking out there newest album if get the chance. Todays chart topper (in my opinion) is from the band “30 Seconds to Mars.” The song Titled “This is War” is from their new album “This is War.” Their Music is very similar to like “My Chemical Romance” or “Senses Fails,” you get the idea. B-Sides & Rarities by Deftones
Todays little diddy is from a band I have listen to for a great while now. I have all there records and have seen them twice in concert. The song is called “The Chauffeur” and is by “Deftones.” The song is a cover and was originally done by “Duran Duran.” The song is off there album “B-Sides & Rarities.” If want to check out more info on “Deftones” check out their Myspace page. Trap Muzik
Sometimes a good beat is all you need. Today’s song of the day, is by “T.I.” off one of his later albums “Trap Muzik.” I know I don’t do a lot of Hip-hop and Rap but I do find some songs in that genre catchy. Cheer Up by Reel Big Fish
I felt compelled to post the “Song of the Day!!” I admit it has been a while since the last “Song of the Day.” Todays band is “Reel Big Fish” and the song is titled “Good Things.” Reel Big Fish is a ska band from the west side (didn’t mean to make it sound gangster like). I'm sorry
Today’s song of the day is more of a funny moment. As I sat and watched TV I happen to run into the movie Billy Madison. I’m sure you all have watched the movie before staring Adam Sandler but one of the funniest moments in the movie for me was when Steve Buscemi is putting on the red lipstick. During that scene their is a song playing in the background by “Electric Light Orchestra.” The song that is playing is titled “Telephone Line.” If you haven’t seen Billy Madison I suggest you check it out, one of Adam Sandlers funnier movies.
